III.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 Being idle is unhealthy. \u00a0Too much desk\/computer\/couch destroys the body, the soul, and leaves one a wreck. \u00a0Every adult human must walk, daily. \u00a0Work. \u00a0Carry. \u00a0Cook. \u00a0Clean. Groom themselves in order to feel right. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

5.\u00a0<\/strong>Mix it UP! \u00a0Please don\u2019t be bland, man. \u00a0Make friends with people that did not grow up on your block or mountain. \u00a0Grow beyond whatever lies were told to you that divide you from\u00a0fulfillment. \u00a0HAVE FUN and follow the alluring\u00a0rhythms of\u00a0foreign lips, hips, trips, and\u00a0cinematographic and literary travel to distant made up\u00a0countries<\/a>\u00a0is also\u2026 a way to MIX IT UP! \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

VI.\u00a0<\/strong>Don\u2019t forget the SEX! \u00a0Masturbation counts. \u00a0Keep it going. \u00a0Keep it private. \u00a0Keep it off the streets and keep it safe. \u00a0Condoms. \u00a0Monogamy. \u00a0All good, just remember NOT to be a selfish lover and to make sure and service your (adult and consenting) partners nicely if you don\u2019t expect them to stray. \u00a0By the way, physical affection, hugs kisses, touch are requirements for happy relationships. \u00a0Sincere praise is essential to ensure loyalty!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

VII.\u00a0<\/strong>Quit comparing yourself to others. \u00a0You will always be less than the competition you imagine in your head. \u00a0You doom yourself to sadness when you believe others are better off. \u00a0EVERYONE is struggling. \u00a0We all have problems, affairs, issues, asshole toxic parents, addictions, worries, and anxieties to deal with yet\u2026 we can cultivate peace\u00a0in our lives by unplugging ourselves from unhealthy, negative, mind polluting sources of information and connect with the ever lasting truth which is that LIFE is\u00a0delicious if lived with\u00a0<\/span>gusto<\/em><\/span>!<\/span><\/p>\n

Pleasure must be subject to respect for life. \u00a0Any drug, habit, party, or practice which harms self or others is subject its ability to provide comic relief; without some form of\u00a0redeeming quality on must avoid cruelty or\u00a0humor that hinges on harm to others\u2026 this is beyond\u00a0\u201cpolitical correctness,\u201d it is a call to humans everywhere to respect that we each have a right to live, learn, grow, and continue.<\/span><\/p>\n
