Meditate. \u00a0Yes, it might make you sleepy.<\/p>\n<p>3.) Write a poem. \u00a0This is FREE time for you to express yourself in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/books.google.com\/books\/about\/Making_Your_Own_Days.html?id=y9UfDmUgUmoC\" target=\"_blank\">writing<\/a>. \u00a0Come ON! \u00a0You can do IT!<\/p>\n<p>4.) Do Yoga. \u00a0A good stretch is one of the gifts you can give yourself anytime. \u00a0Think BIG, beautiful, gracious thoughts while you take a deep breath.<\/p>\n<p>5.) Empty your spam folder. \u00a0Or do some other small de-cluttering task. \u00a0It might make you feel lighter. \u00a0You might find that ring you thought you lost, last season, on your whirlwind trip to New York City. \u00a0 Think about the spam you get. \u00a0Why you? \u00a0What did you sign up for? \u00a0When? \u00a0Whatever it was is a weak spot for you. \u00a0Explore and then snore.<\/p>\n<p>6.) Discover what your home has to say about you. \u00a0Think about it. \u00a0Are you comfortable? \u00a0If not, why not? \u00a0What could you do to make your life better? \u00a0Decide to do it.<\/p>\n<p>7.) Find shelter IF \u00a0by any chance, you are homeless, wandering around, wondering what you are doing when you are 64\u2026 then it is time you plan your retirement. \u00a0Unless you LOVE the street and the great outdoors, think\u2026 oh, sorry\u2026 you must be mentally ill and well\u2026 maybe you are one of those smelly people at the public library, which I LOVE \u2013\u2013\u2013by the way\u2013\u2013please take care, find a home, I wish you all the best. \u00a0I haven\u2019t faced full-on homelessness, always knowing in my heart I could go home to Mama IF I really had to.<\/p>\n<p>8.) Make a list of everyone who you will release from duty. \u00a0Let go of people who are not in sync with your spirit, Choose allies you trust and that are proven by frequent acts of love and generosity.<\/p>\n<p>9.) Plan your next party. \u00a0Throw a party to thank everyone that LOVES you.<\/p>\n<p>10.) Have a drink. \u00a0Water is fine. \u00a0Make yourself a chamomile tea. Sip it. S L O W&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>11.) Kiss your spouse. \u00a0Cuddle. \u00a0Make love to yourself or someone else. \u00a0GO FOR IT!<\/p>\n<p>12.) Thank goodness you are alive. \u00a0Pray, only if it works for you. \u00a0IF not just a little note to self of thanks is dandy. Yes, pat yourself on the back for being. \u00a0YOU are an important member of society. \u00a0We are counting on YOU to stay alive and keep us company. \u00a0OK?<\/p>\n<p>13.) Plan your escape or return or debut or comeback. \u00a0Learn to play chess, if you don\u2019t know, already.<\/p>\n<p>14.) IF you don\u2019t have a spouse, get one, otherwise tell the freeloading bum you have \u00a0in your bed\/head to \u201cget the fuck out.\u201d \u00a0IF you are alone, thank yourself for not inviting a stranger to come home and show you a good time.<\/p>\n<p>15.) Organize your closet.<\/p>\n<p>16.) Make a grocery list and gloat yourself to sleep over the money you save by thiniking ahead.<\/p>\n<p>17.) Wrap presents for Loved Ones, in last year\u2019s home-recycled, wrapping paper. &#8220;Waste not want not.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>18.) Use glue. \u00a0Collage is a democratic art form for everyone to explore. \u00a0Take up knitting. \u00a0Perhaps, this is the best time to update your blog, better yet IF you don\u2019t have one\u2026 you might consider what you would blog about and start one, because it really is fun to have a place to be, a\u00a0<em>radio-station<\/em>\u00a0of your own. \u00a0 Do something\u00a0<em>useful<\/em>. \u00a0This is an opportunity to do some good work. \u00a0We all have missions we must work on. \u00a0The only valid missions are those that aim at benefiting all humans. \u00a0Don\u2019t waste time being greedy or planning how to get more than anyone else. \u00a0It is not worth the stress.<\/p>\n<p>19.) Lotion yourself. \u00a0Massage your legs and arms. \u00a0Feel happy to be ALIVE and take a deep breath.<\/p>\n<p>20.) Listen to the silence. \u00a0It is packed with messages and guidance from the source. \u00a0 The source, as readers of self-help books will know, is the collective intelligence which is available to every human in equal share ALL THE TIME but you must be relaxed and at ease in order to hear it. \u00a0So\u2026 take this evening as an opportunity to explore the benefits of insomnia. \u00a0Enjoy and praise your sleeplessness.<\/p>\n<p>21.)
